Our Upholstery Cleaning Process

Step 1: Pre-Inspection & Fabric Identification

We begin with a full inspection of your upholstery — checking fabric type, soiling level, stains, wear areas, and manufacturer requirements — to determine the safest and most effective cleaning method.

Step 2: Pre-Vacuuming & Dry Soil Removal

We thoroughly vacuum seams, crevices, cushions, and surfaces to remove dust, debris, and pet hair. Removing dry soil first prevents it from turning into mud during cleaning and improves final results.

Step 3: Pre-Treatment & Gentle Agitation

Eco-friendly solutions are applied to break down oils, spills, and embedded dirt. Using soft brushes or microfiber tools, we gently agitate fibers to lift soil without damaging delicate materials.

Step 4: Deep Cleaning Extraction

We perform either hot-water extraction (steam cleaning) or low-moisture cleaning depending on fabric type. This flushes contaminants, allergens, and residues from deep within the upholstery for a refreshed, sanitized finish.

Step 5: Spot Treatment & Neutralizing Rinse

Stubborn stains such as ink, wine, or pet accidents are treated individually with specialty agents. A pH-balanced rinse is then applied to leave the fabric soft, residue-free, and less prone to resoiling.

Step 6: Speed Drying, Grooming & Final Inspection

High-velocity air movers accelerate drying. We groom the fabric to restore texture, then walk through the finished results with you to ensure complete satisfaction before we leave.
